Located just 100 meters from the beach of Fréjus and close to Port Fréjus, the old port and the city center of Saint-Raphaël, our 3-star classified tourist apartment (48 m²), with air conditioning, private terrace, private secure underground parking, and high-speed Internet (fiber), welcomes you year-round in an ideal setting for a seaside holiday. You will enjoy a calm, well-equipped accommodation, very close to shops, restaurants, and summer entertainment.
Apartment Presentation
Located on the garden level, our 3-star classified tourist apartment (official Atout France rating) is fully air-conditioned and includes:

- ✅ A bathroom with shower and toilet;
- ✅ A fully equipped kitchen;
- ✅ A bright living room with a convertible sofa (140 x 200 cm);
- ✅ A pleasant and shaded private terrace in the afternoon;
- ✅ A private secure underground parking space (just a short 5 min. walk away from the apartment)
- *Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee for one week of rental:
- 1 double bed kit (sheets + 1 small and 1 large bath towel per person): 35 €
- 1 single bed kit (sheets + 1 small and 1 large bath towel): 25 €
You will particularly appreciate the brightness and tranquility of the apartment, while being close to the beaches, shops, restaurants, bars, and the seaside entertainment, the city center of Saint-Raphaël, and Port-Fréjus.

- 10 minutes’ walk from the Old Port and the city center of Saint-Raphaël;

- 10 minutes’ walk from the François Léotard Nature Base;
- 12 minutes’ walk / 6 minutes by car from the Saint-Raphaël Valescure train station;
